Payments

• Monthly Commitment: To ensure consistent progress and a dedicated learning environment, we follow a monthly commitment model. This means securing your child's spot for the entire month, with payment due on the 1st. Similar to the way you may pay for swimming / football lessons. All of the lessons in the month are be paid for.
• Flexible Scheduling: We understand that life happens! If you have a planned absence, such as a holiday, as always you'll have the flexibility to swap your child's session to a different day/time within the month. This ensures your child doesn't miss out on valuable learning opportunities. 
• December Holiday Break: To accommodate the holiday season, we'll be closed from Sunday 22^nd December 2024, through Thursday 2^nd January 2025. You will not be charged for sessions during this time.

Tuition and Cancellation Policy:

• To maintain a reliable schedule for all students, tuition is non-refundable for missed lessons.
• We strive to avoid cancellations, but in rare cases (like tutor illness), we'll provide as much notice as possible and reschedule the session.
• To maintain a balanced schedule, if you wish to discontinue your child's sessions, I kindly request one month's notice prior to the desired end date.
